Design-Plast is a youthful and dynamic Company, founded in 1995 thanks to the experience and determination of his founder, and it became in few years a leading Company on techno polymer injection moulding and also in the production of gaskets in “situ” comply with F.I.P.F.G (Formed in place Foam Gasket) technology.

Some of the fields we have worked in, are indicated below: industrial lighting, private lighting, industrial electrotechnics, thermo hydraulic, heating and conditioning, home and office furniture, automotive, storage, automation, sport items, automatic distributors, etc..

From 1st January 2008 we are direct producers of single, double and automatic handles for shopping bags and for plastic bags, hooks for display bags in Polyurethane, Polypropylene and injection moulding in general.

Besides Design Plast provides a multiplicity of additional machining processes to achieve our range of production, as securing parts by ultrasounds, assembling and writing of electrical parts, packaging of heat-shrinks films.

The production plant is situated in Orgiano (Vicenza), composed by 6.000 m2 covered and 2.000 m2 un-covered for the goods storage. Design Plast thanks to its private means of transport is able to guarantee the fastest delivery and the best customer satisfaction.

We have available 25 presses with a closing force in the range from 65 to 900 ton, to guarantee the possibility to supply different needs. Design Plast offers more and more  competitive items according to the stand of the market.
